  • What is your general philosophy and approach to therapy? I believe that each one of us possesses the healing wisdom to overcome our past struggles and difficulties and to be happy and mentally healthy. Sometimes we need support to recognize and follow our personal path towards happiness and wholeness, and that’s where therapy can be helpful.

What personal qualities help you in your role as a therapist? I am a curious, thoughtful, empathic person who thinks very creatively to solve problems. I love working with clients to get to the root of their issue so it can be transformed and the energy that was stuck can now be channeled into healing and growing.

What motivated you to become a therapist? I worked in the social service sector before becoming a therapist. I found that I was reading a lot about mental health and taking trainings in the field and one day I realized that my calling was to support others to overcome their past in order to live the life they choose for themselves.

What’s a small but powerful tool you use in therapy sessions? I like to experiment with different somatic (body-based) resources to find movements or postures that can help to increase a sense of well-being and resilience.

How do you measure your own mental health? I measure my mental health by how relaxed I am and how flexibly I am able to deal with the challenges of life.

What kind of feedback do you most value from clients? I like to ask clients what’s been most helpful for them and what hasn’t been helpful in therapy so far. Getting this kind of feedback helps me to continue tailoring our work together to be as useful as possible.

If you could teach every client just one skill, what would it be? Self-compassion. The capacity to accept that you were doing the best you could with what you had available in each moment. Being able to let go of shame and self-blame and maintain a feeling of being worthy of love and acceptance regardless of anything you’ve said or done, or not said and not done.

Do you feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in self-doubt, or weighed down by emotional pain you can't shake? Maybe your relationships feel strained, or you're constantly navigating the tension between being present and just getting through the day. I understand how exhausting it can be when your nervous system is on high alert — leaving you in a state of survival rather than ease. In our work together, I integrate body-based practices and experiential methods like AEDP, IFS, and EMDR to help you process difficult emotions and create space for new patterns of connection, confidence, and clarity. We'll explore these experiences gently, giving your mind and body the time they need to move toward a state of balance and growth.

Through this process, we will also explore your deeper sense of purpose, guiding you toward a more meaningful connection with yourself and the world around you. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, present, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Ready to take that first step toward change?
