  • What book are you loving right now? I am currently working on is The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown. It speaks to how many people feel they often put on a show and acting as if everything in life is going well. This book highlights the freedom that comes when we stop pretending everything is OK when it is not.

What would a client say about working with you? Something I will never get tired of hearing is clients tell me that I don’t feel like a stranger to them, and it feels as if they’ve known me for a long time, allowing them to open up more easily. As therapists, we are aware that at first, we are complete strangers asking questions that may leave folks feeling vulnerable. Hearing from clients firsthand that I have been successful in cultivating strong therapeutic relationships has been incredibly rewarding.

Coffee or tea? Coffee over everything!

Do you struggle with patterns that make relationships or self-connection difficult? Maybe fear of abandonment or a tendency to withdraw is affecting how you show up in relationships, or stress and anxiety are causing physical discomfort, leaving you feeling disconnected. For some, inner conflict between personal beliefs and life choices adds another layer of complexity. If you’re facing anxious or avoidant attachment patterns, feeling disconnected from your body, or experiencing tension between your values and daily life, we’ll create healthier connections, bringing clarity and confidence to your relationships and sense of self.

I offer a holistic and integrative form of therapy that combines understanding attachment dynamics, integrating body awareness, and honouring your spiritual or cultural beliefs. My approach helps you navigate life’s challenges with mindfulness and compassion, building a more secure and authentic connection with yourself and others. This work is about finding balance, not perfection. If this resonates with you, I invite you to book a free consultation and take the first step toward a more connected life.
