Easing Grief and Loss during COVID19
With social distancing measures going strong, and after all the at-home organizing and cleaning is out of the way, feelings of grief, and loss can begin to creep into consciousness. Celebrations postponed, community gatherings cancelled, and all our hopes of sweet summer evenings have come down crashing. This harsh reality can leave us feeling irritable, lonely, and downright sad.
